We moved to Milton over the summer from Quebec. Having never been to the area plus the longer COVID restraints, demanding work schedules made it difficult to find time to travel and see rental properties in person - often times they were quickly snatched up before we could make it to ON. This ultimately helped us find the perfect place before even seeing it in person. Lucky for us it was exactly what our virtual experience displayed all the way from QC. So when we moved in we felt confident in our decision. The other thing I want to mention is how thorough and clear Ashley was and going over all of the paperwork as the process to rent a property in Ontario is quite different than in Quebec. This made the process go by so quickly and so smoothly! Can’t thank Ashley enough. When it comes time to buy she’s our girl!
